About S. Belle

S. Belle is an American dark romance novelist and poet. Her writing career started as a child with writing lyrics and composing music. That love to create and share stories eventually shifted from music into fiction and poetry. Regardless of what she’s working on, her goal is for you to feel something when you read her work. Not one for frills or rose-colored glasses, her writing is honest, often dark, and full of unexpected twists. Life isn’t always pretty, but it’s always worth it—and her writing reflects that universal truth in every story she tells.

Outside of writing, S. Belle spends her time working her day-job in healthcare, hanging out with her husband and fur-daughter, and enjoying new ways to move her body. Her love of music never died, and you’ll find her anywhere there’s live music or a water to splash around in.

So what does the "S" stand for? ...

Sarah? Sydney? Stacy?

Secret?

Stranger?

Somebody you know?

Somebody you don’t?...

Does it really matter?
(duh, of course it does)

It actually stands for Southern! She originally published her poetry under the pen name Southern Belle Poetry, and when she decided to move forward with publishing her works of fiction, she shortened the name to S. Belle to encapsulate all her works.
